Coaching you along the way with frequent calls, texts and emails checking in on your progress, answering questions and provide support along your fitness journey. KUPAH JAMES

 

The newest chapter in the “Kupah James Movement”, #WHETFitness is your source of training, nutrition, and coaching. Developed specifically to assist our members in making subtle but necessary adjustments to existing lifestyles. ACE Certified in Group Fitness, Equinox Celebrity Trainer, and a Fitness Professional of 15 years; Kupah James stars in Pop Sugar’s feature of #TheCUT and was a co-presenter at IDEA World’s Fitness Convention (2016).

TRACY MILLS

 

Director of Nutrition & Fitness, Tracy Mills, is Certified in Fitness Nutrition, Personal Training & Group Fitness. A tremendous advocate for a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle, she is a person who wears many hats from constantly expanding her education in fitness, nutrition, and nursing; to preparing for figure competitions. An ambassador of the G.A.I.N.S. mantra, “Get After It Never Satisfied”, she not only embodies hard work and dedication with an insatiable appetite for making G.A.I.N.S. but she endeavors to instill that same hunger unto others; motivating them to achieve beyond limitations and comfort zones.
